A Ciência do Green Tea

O hábito de tomar green tea tem prevalecido por mais de 100 anos. A popularidade de longa duração do green tea é devido em parte a uma opinião em seus enormes benefícios de saúde. Taiyo Kagaku Co.,Ltda tem cientificamente examinado o green tea por mais de 15 anos e constatou que os benefícios de saúde foram atribuídos a vários componentes ativos, como o green tea catechins e o aminoacido L-theanine.

Sunphenon, obtida da folha do green tea ( Camellia sinensis ), é feito de polyphenols altamente purificado rico em green tea catechins natural. Esses polyphenols atuam como um anti-oxidante fisiológico natural e agentes anti-microbiais e previne cáaries e doenças periodontais.

Sunphenon foi aprovado pela Fundação Japonesa para saúde e nutrição como um alimento para o uso especifico da saúde ( FOSHU ). Mais adiante Sunphenon foi honrado com o Prêmio Ministro de Ciência e Tecnologia, Japão 1998, e o Prêmio Realização Industrial, IFT Expo Alimentos 2000, USA.
