Some Taiyo International products may be used by children, but they are not specifically designed and/or formulated for children, and marketing is not targeted to them. We do not knowingly market to or capture personal information from minors under 18 years of age. If Taiyo International learns that a child under the age of 18 has used our services or submitted personal information without parental consent, we will take all reasonable measures to delete the information as soon as possible and to not use such information for any purpose, except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Our website does not respond to and does not support the Do Not Track (DNT) header request field.

We are working on getting this implemented in the near future and will adjust our privacy statement accordingly.
