Ingredients 4 oz. (120 g) cream cheese 1/2 tsp. matcha + 1 tsp hot water Method
  1. Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before use to let it soften.  Mash with a fork until smooth.
  2. Mix the matcha and hot water and stir briskly until the paste becomes smooth.
  3. Add to the cream cheese and mix until the color turns a refreshing green.
